This was a furious fight with the insurance company’s defenses lawyers. We called the Police officers who responded to the scene to testify. The police recalled no smell of alcohol on her breath. We were able to find out that their so call witness never mentioned speed when the police asked this witness at the scene.
The decision was received from the court in favor of her for the full policy limits of $100,000.00. It was the right decision yet a courageous one for her to go through against rude less insurance company.
Find some good lawyers or attorneys, they will find you go a long way. Find out what area, they are special at, any successful cases they have won, what customer’s referrals they have. Don’t go fight against the giant without them. But be careful, you need to find GOOD lawyer. The bad lawyers will often want your money but afraid to go to court.
